By using the door code, you are expected to comply with the rules agreed on sign-up. This includes :
- You are permitted to only use the door code for your personal entry - you must not allow anyone else to enter with you - unless they are your registered dependant
- Ensure the door is closed behind you while you are in the facility - and after you leave the facility
- Report anything which does not look right by calling the on-call staff member (details in the office window inside the facility) - if you are unable to get through then you can contact a director on 07712 134151 or 07761 335454 - this includes faulty equipment
- In an emergency, call the emergency services on 999 using the phone/handset on reception
- You are responsible for your own conduct and wellbeing. Should you require First Aid, then the First Aid box is available on the wall by Reception but you should only make use of this if you are confident in what you are doing. If you are uncertain, please call NHS 111 (or 999 in an emergency)
